One case of 40 years old male patient of idiopathic hypoparathyroidism is presented. Patient had 12 years history of numbness and cramps of the extremities, carpopedal spasm, unconsciousness and laryngeal stridor without any causes. Laboratory examination revealed hypocalcemia, hyperphospha temia, hypocalciuria and hypophosphaturia.Neurologic examination showed positive Chvostek´s sign and Trousseau´s sign. Symptoms were improved with calcium and calciferol therapy.
